STUDENTS SPEAKING PERFORMANCE

When you have high motivation in speaking you have self-confidence and certaintly, you will not be afraid speak in front of your friends, your teachers and so on. So, as the learner you should have high motivation to support your speaking ability.

Next, keep your vocabularies. It means speaker should be familiar with the words that exsist in english. To help you develope your vocabularies, you can use the listening skill. Listening always have correlation with speaking. Listening will increase students speaking performance and have good pronounce. Speaking skills cannot be developed unless we develop listening skills (Doff, 1998). In fact, speaking and listening will always work together. For example, the speaker will always need the listener to respond what speaker talking about.
